We accept M-Pesa, debit & credit cards, bank transfers and cash. All payments are issued with an official receipt.
Stock items (change of mind): contact us within 7 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original condition — return shipping may apply.
Manufacturing faults: report defects within 7 days of delivery and we’ll repair, replace, or refund per the case.
Bespoke/custom orders: non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing fault or we failed to meet agreed specifications.
